To be eligible to participate in the NTTA Mystery Driver program, drivers must: 1) be a minimum of eighteen (18) years old; 2) register as a driver at www.mysterydriver.com 3) agree to complete monthly one-minute email surveys. Each month during the year, the NTTA will randomly select Mystery Drivers from those eligible participants who register on the Web site and who complete the email surveys. Selected Mystery Drivers may receive a twenty dollar ($20.00) Gift Certificate for the month in which they participate in the Program. To be eligible to receive the $20.00 Gift Card for their month of participation, selected Mystery Drivers must drive the NTTA using a TollTag or cash and must successfully log twenty (20) Experiences during the month in which they participate. Experiences include: 1) driving an NTTA toll road; 2) paying an NTTA toll; 3) using the NTTA Web site; 4) contacting the NTTA; 5) visiting the NTTA. Registered drivers are limited to one-month Mystery Driver Program participation in any twelve (12) month period. NTTA employees, vendors, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Mystery Driver program. All aspects of the Mystery Driver program are subject to cancellation or change at the sole discretion of the NTTA or Tamer Partners Corporation without prior notice. By registering as a Mystery Driver you agree that neither the North Texas Tollway Authority nor Tamer Partners Corporation nor their officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party providers, sponsors, licensors, or the like, are liable for any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Mystery Driver Program and that you will indemnify them against any and all such claims.
